Heat Shields Now Available (See Options Below)
Optional Heat Shields cover the first 6"-12" from cylinder heads where head pipes are 1 3/4" giving protection from heat and possible blueing of chrome. Chrome heat shields will not turn color even if pipe underneath turns blue from improper jetting.

The Mortons system we offer is ceramic coated on inside to help resist bluing and reduce heat emmissions. Ceramic coating is optional. Beware of others that sell uncoated pipes. Xchoppers includes ceramic coating on the inside of your pipes for no additional charge.

Mortons can also put a black velvet coat of ceramic on the outside of your pipes instead of chrome if you like. This hot new semi flat look will let the pipes run 400 degrees cooler for added horsepower and rider comfort. Allow an extra 10 days for delivery of pipes when selecting this option.
