All Kuryakyn products carry a minimum of a 1 year guaranty.
Return the bulb with a description of your problem for a replacement or refund.
We have sold over 100 of this product and this is the first time we have heard of issues with it.

I junked this bulb. Great idea, but it randomly stopped working from time to time. I checked by connection at the socket and it was good. Connection in the part itself was the issue. Put the stock bulb back in and no problem
