damn, hasn't anyone else bought this piece or they just don't like it? well I made the 1 and only comment on this and now I am makin another. I have had this on my bike for several months, I recently dumped the bike at about 40 to 45 mph. It slid on it's left side for a good distance. The side moount plate holder took all the weight. It did not bend or crack. It was gouged prettybad, it lost about 1/8 to 1/4 inch on the outer edge of the oval light but it still looks good. This thing is a mini crashbar!
